Bing slowly undermining Google

During the month of July, Microsoft’s search engines continue to squirm. In one month, Bing had increased its market share by 1 percent more.

This figure increased by more than 1 percent over the share in June, which only reached 8.23 percent. If this increase continues, it is not impossible if Google’s market will continue to be eroded.
The proof, if Bing has increased one percent of the Google Search also experienced a decline in the same amount. This means, Bing will continue to undermine Microsoft. According to data StatCounter, Google’s share is now, according to the share of 77.54 percent from last month which reached 78.48 percent.
As for Yahoo, may not be too worried. In addition to mastering the market due to the still unstable, at 20.36 percent, Yahoo also has the support Microsoft in cooperation has been agreed for 10 years.
In such cooperation, Bing will become part of the Yahoo search site for 10 years, complete with internet advertising services on Yahoo.
In addition to market share in the U.S., Google is also expected to decline in the global market share. In June Google’s global market share of 89.90 percent was achieved. Meanwhile, in July last, the number decreased to 89.23 percent.
Previously, Microsoft had to wait for time to fulfill his obsession beat its competitors in terms of search engines. One month appearance Bing, apparently not able to raise Microsoft’s position. Until now Microsoft still ranks third after the competitors, Google and Yahoo.
The results of research conducted ComScore said Bing occupy 8.4 percent of U.S. search engine market in June, exactly one month since Bing launched.
Although Yahoo has not shifted position, but it shows the percentage growth of Microsoft’s slowly starting to beat Yahoo. Based on the data, Yahoo experienced a slight decrease of 19.6 percent in June.
While Google, though its shares did not develop but remain on top with a percentage of 65 percent. Such information is quoted from Yahoo News Tech, Thursday (16/7/2009).
To fulfill his ambitions, Microsoft used a variety of ways by defeating his rivals. Proven, had always been Microsoft’s Live Search mobilizing ability and trying to buy Yahoo. Now, with the presence of the new search engine instead of Bing Live Search, Microsoft is hoping will be able to do the job better than before.
