Firefox, Safari, & Chrome Threat To IE

Position browser Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) predicted the market would continue threatened by competitors, such as Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
Web analytics reports based on Net Applications until December 2008, the number of IE users continues to decline. After mastering almost 71.27 percent of the browser market in October 2008, the number of IE users declined to 68.15 percent in December 2008.
As reported by PC World, Saturday (3/1/2009), in the year 2008 as a whole has decreased the percentage of IE users’ number approximately seven percent, since early 2008 IE controlled almost 75 percent of the browser market.
The condition is inversely proportional to the output of the Mozilla browser, Firefox is growing slowly. Firefox is only approximately 20.78 per cent over the browser market November 2008, increased to 21.34 percent in December 2008.
Meanwhile, Apple’s browser, Safari rose from 7.13 percent to 7.93 percent in December 2008. While Google Chrome broke through the one percent of the market, after just over 0.83 percent in November 2008.
